Refunds
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Your satisfaction is important to us. While we strive to deliver high-quality, handcrafted artwork, due to the custom and fragile nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. We will assess the situation and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dislike of the final artwork
- Minor differences in color, texture, or scale compared to preview images, which may occur due to screen display variations or artistic interpretation
